Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:

Eligibility conditions for a refund request:

  • You are within the first 7 days of the original purchase of the template.
  • You have purchased the template, and after installing you found that the template is not like what it’s described.
  • You have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes the template unusable. We may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve the template in the future.
    • If your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the template properly or getting the template to perform its basic functions, we will happily consider your refund request.
  • You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s) or have explained why the template will not work for you.
  • You agree to deactivate and uninstall the template from your site if a refund is granted.
  • Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing a template from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.

Ineligibility conditions for a refund request:

  • You don’t want the template after you’ve downloaded it
  • The template did not meet your expectations
  • You simply change your mind
  • You bought the template by mistake
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the template
  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund
  • After the death of the owner of templatish.com if this shop is somehow still running, then there may be no one to officially help you with your template issues or refund. So, considering that situation, then you can get help of other developer (may be from Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) to fix the issues and hopefully make the template usable again.
  • Sometimes if you have any issues or conflicts with your purchased template, we may ask for your wp-admin access to properly resolve it. For any reason, if you are unable to provide the access or you have any trust issues but also ask for a refund then refund is not applicable.
  • After 60 days (or more) of your purchase, your order page may have been removed from this website to keep the it lightweight from a lots of data. Then, you can no longer access the template from the order page because it has been removed from this website (we recommend that you download the template as soon as possible after the purchase to avoid this situation). So, in this situation, you also can’t claim a refund.
  • Before purchasing you should carefully check all the required plugins for that template from the product description. After the purchase, if you don’t agree to install those required plugin(s) (which may make the template fully or partially unusable), in that case refund is not applicable.
  • After purchasing you can’t disagree with our refund policy. It’s your responsibility to check all of our rules before purchasing any template. If you claim, you don’t notice the refund policy before purchasing, it’s totally your fault. We do not refund in this situation.
